It enables stable and efficient real-time monitoring of the status of the tank truck’s bottom valve and strong control over its opening and closing.

Smart Flexible Lock(R1/R2)

Mainly installed in areas such as tank truck side boxes, oil tank openings, and gas station oil unloading ports, it is an electronic lock based on technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and satellite positioning, used for safety supervision of cargo transportation as well as anti-counterfeiting and traceability. This lock is a keyless one, supporting GPS/Beidou positioning and 4G/Bluetooth/LoRa communication. It can be controlled via remote, mobile phone, or SMS, and can store 60,000 data records offline.

RFID Lead Seal

RFID Lead Seal is a fusion of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and traditional lead seal anti-theft, anti-counterfeiting function of intelligent sealing products. On the basis of retaining the core attribute of traditional lead seal "one-time blockade, destruction and warning", it realizes digital identification, automatic information collection and full life cycle traceability of sealed objects through RFID chips, and is widely used in scenarios with extremely high requirements for asset safety and process controllability, such as logistics transportation, energy metering, customs supervision, financial escort, etc.

IOT Lead Seal (Q100)

he IOT Seal Strip (Q100) is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof device. It is mainly installed on core components of fuel dispensers such as mainboards, flow meters, and encoders. It is used in conjunction with the intelligent terminal (Z20) via near-field communication. Once the seal is broken, it alerts immediately. It is mainly used to replace traditional lead seals for intelligent management and control of the aforementioned components.

IOT Lead Seal (Q200)

The IOT Seal Strip (Q200) is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof device. It is mainly installed on parts where steel wire physical lead seals need to be applied, and used in conjunction with the intelligent terminal (Z20) via near-field communication. Once the seal is broken, it alerts immediately. It is mainly used to replace traditional steel wire physical lead seals for intelligent management and control. Installation locations: risk areas such as breather valves on manhole covers, various flange connections, and bottom valve interfaces.

IOT Lead Seal (Q300)

The IOT Seal Strip (Q300) is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof device. It is mainly installed on parts where steel wire physical lead seals need to be applied. The two-code integration design of the lead seal wire ensures its uniqueness. It is used in conjunction with the intelligent terminal (Z20) via near-field communication, and alerts immediately once the seal is broken. It is mainly used to replace traditional steel wire physical lead seals for intelligent management and control with extremely high anti-counterfeiting requirements. Installation locations: risk areas such as oil unloading side box doors, oil tank openings, and fuel dispenser doors.

Automatic Tank Gauge(ATG)

Installed at the manhole cover on the top of the vehicle, it serves as an intelligent metering device. Working in coordination with the intelligent central control via wired connection, it can stably and efficiently monitor parameters such as the height (volume), temperature, pressure, and water level of oil products in the tank. The controller (Z10) transmits the data back to the background system in real-time.

Flowmeter

This device is installed at the oil unloading port on the bottom of the vehicle, serving as an intelligent metering device. It works in coordination with the controller via wired connection, stably and efficiently achieving accurate digital metering of the oil unloading quantity. The intelligent central control transmits the data back to the background system in real-time, while also supporting on-site viewing.

Portable Flowmeter

This device can be flexibly applied to various metering scenarios such as oil loading and unloading. Equipped with 4G communication function, it can achieve seamless data interaction with the intelligent lead seal system, and at the same time supports an independent operation mode to meet diversified application needs.

Pipeline Flowmeter

Installed on the pipeline between the fuel tank and the engine, it performs real-time monitoring of the engine's instantaneous fuel consumption and sends pulse signals, working in coordination with the receiving terminal (Z20) via wired connection

Ultrasonic Liquid Level Gauge

Installed on the outside of the tank bottom, it emits ultrasonic signals from the bottom, which are reflected back when encountering the oil surface. The liquid level height is then calculated based on time and speed. Meanwhile, combined with our company's unique digital signal processing technology, it overcomes the influence of the container wall, thus achieving high-precision non-contact measurement of the oil surface. No drilling is required on the tank, and the tank structure remains undamaged.

Emptying Sensor(P10)

This device is installed at the oil unloading port pipeline, serving as an intelligent monitoring tool for refined management. It works in coordination with the intelligent central control system via wired connection. Its core function is real-time monitoring of the accumulation status of liquid in the pipeline, accurately determining whether the oil products are completely unloaded, thus providing reliable data support for the management of oil loading and unloading.

Video Host

Installed in the cab, the main unit integrates 4G, supports connection of multiple analog/digital cameras, features an all-metal structure, and allows storage expansion via hard disk and SD card, with high integration and strong reliability. Collected video data can be accessed into the intelligent lead seal system through the background, providing key image support for intelligent early warning and accident traceability.

Explosion-Proof Camera

Divided into explosion-proof cameras and ordinary cameras, they are flexibly installed inside the cab (road ahead, driver), on the top of the vehicle (oil loading port), and on the left and right sides of the vehicle (oil unloading port), working in coordination with the video host via wired connection.

TBOX

Installed at the vehicle's OBD interface, it integrates an advanced CAT1 communication module and 1 channel of CAN for vehicle communication. It can upload vehicle operating status, engine data, vehicle fuel consumption data, driver operation data, etc., to the background system via a wireless module, realizing remote fleet management and reducing vehicle fuel consumption by standardizing driving behavior.

Alcohol Detector

Installed in the cab and used in conjunction with the vehicle controller, it enables drivers to take a breath alcohol test before starting work. If drinking is detected, the vehicle cannot be started, thus achieving the goal of safe driving.

Prevent Incorrect Unloading

This device is used in conjunction with the vehicle's intelligent lead seal system (controller Z10) and the intelligent lead seal series products for oil loading ports and oil unloading ports (Q100/Q200/R1/R2). Through intelligent linkage, it eliminates manual operations and fundamentally achieves the goal of preventing wrong loading and wrong unloading of oil products.

Dispenser Controller

Installed near the on-vehicle fuel dispenser and connected to specific models of fuel dispensers, it realizes remote control of the fuel dispenser via 4G communication. Its main functions include: remotely issuing single refueling volume, remotely issuing total refueling volume, remote machine locking, remotely obtaining refueling data, and so on

Vibration Sensor

Installed on equipment with severe vibration such as motors and pumps, it achieves comprehensive measurement of vibration and impact by outputting displacement, velocity, angle and frequency of three-axis vibration. On this basis, it establishes a model by combining the vibration data of the measured equipment (motors, pumps) with fuel consumption, and can simultaneously determine whether the measured equipment is damaged.

Automobile Engine Controller

Installed in the engine ignition circuit, it can precisely control the ignition system through a series of strategies. For example: the vehicle cannot be ignited if it is not within the designated range; the vehicle cannot be ignited if the driver has consumed alcohol; the vehicle cannot be ignited after being remotely locked, etc.
